I rented space at your Cornell location for multiple years to store my boat. I found your storage units secure and easy to access despite time of day. Your automatic online payment method also made it easy to make payments.
If I have any disappointment, it was the elimination of electricity in my unit as I would often return my boat at night, and missed the option of having a light in my unit. Although, I understand the reason for eliminating the access to electricity, it sadens me that a few people could ruin this option for many of us by keeping refrigerator/freezer appliances in their units.
I will consider your storage units in the future, if needed. Thanks again.
